Felt as stong as an ox this morning. Did about 20 miles in 1:30. 50% tracks / 50% road. Went up the greensand ridge as far as St Neots. Pulse >160 all the way round. Got caught in a hailstorm on the way home, and the temperature dropped a good 3 degrees. Brrrrrr. Still sunshine was nice.
